SBM Lifescience S.r.l. company asked am4design the project to fit out the new premises in Milan . It has been requested to evaluate two building as possible new HeadQuartes, where the Client wishes to consolidate it's business activity.

A strategic space design and plan like this one will be successful if there is an adequate “Integrated Research Project”. This project will have to be carried out by carefully planning the various stages, so that the layout can be completed to the desired quality standards and within the agreed times.

Stage 1: Design Brief _Briefing Business Organization, New Spaces, IT. Requirements
Stage 2: Space Planning, Interior Design, Fittings Policy, Rendering, Presentation Board
Stage 3: Final Design_Construction and Detailed Designs, Specifications, Tenders and Tender Specifications,Systems planning and services,Confirms Contract Works
Stage 4: Integrated management of the construction site,Legislative Decree 81/08_Determination CSP e CSE,Project Management, Works Coordination and Quality Supervision
